Marc Jonas co-founded Wellington Pub Company and, later, Punch Group where he played a major part in the financing and integration of acquisitions in his capacity as Property Director.
Marc was Executive Chairman of the leased business, Punch Taverns, prior to its IPO in 2001 and continued to serve as non-executive director until 2004. He also co‐led Sun Capital's £465 million acquisition of the Center Parcs property portfolio from Deutsche Bank Capital in 2002 and led the €2.2 billion sale and leaseback of Santander's retail branch network in 2007.
Marc served as Chairman of Pearl Group’s Assets/Liabilities Investment Management Committee up until the IPO.
More recently, Marc oversaw the €1.3 billion bond refinancing of Uro Property Holdings and led Carnegie’s latest development of a new private secondary school in Oxford.
